Documents We Can Legalise
All apostilles are similar but not all documents are processed the same way. There are hundreds of different documents that need to be legalised and it is important that they are prepared properly and the correct version is submitted for legalisation.
Using our apostille service makes the entire process simple. We do not use industry jargon and legal terms when plain English can be used. See our list of documents below to find out which documents we process and how much it will cost.
Standard Documents
Official government documents and other certificates from recognised authorities can be issued with the apostille with no further certification. The following list of documents are all standard documents. They should bear a stamp or signature from a government employee.
Company Documents
The majority of company documents need to be certified by a solicitor before the apostille can be issued. We will arrange for your document to be checked, certified by one of our solicitors and then attach the apostille to your document. This is a fully inclusive service.
Personal Documents
Many documents must be certified by a solicitor after they have been checked. Academic certificates, awards, personal papers, passports and driving licences. These documents incur additional charges as a solicitor will need to check documents and create a certified cover sheet.

Sets of Documents
Legally Bound
Collating documents into a ‘bound set’ is a great way of reducing the cost of legalising documents. In some circumstances we can legally bind documents together and issue just one apostille. This is common with:
- Company Documents
- Academic Certificates
- School Reports
